Here is a very good and easy tool to backup your android device data if your running android 4.0 or later.
The tool is called Ultimate Backup Tool v2.0 … you can download it from here, remember there are lots of android backup tools out there to try.
It is self-explained
- install the android SDK
- make sure you installed your device correct driver
- connect your device
- start the app and go 😀
